Silva's Coffee Grind: Authentic New York Bagels and Rich Coffee in Wesley Chapel, FL

We just moved to Wesley Chapel from Long Island New York and can confirm this place serves an authentic and delicious NY Bacon Egg Cheese, SPK!!! The owners were incredibly kind and friendly and the atmosphere was so cute on a nice morning. We will be returning!!!

Was looking for a local spot while visiting family. The first day I was just trying to grab a quick coffee but after trying it I just HAD to come back the next day for breakfast too. All of the staff is amazing and so friendly, the coffee was great and they always make sure you like it before you leave! The fresh bagels flown in from New York did not disappoint and I knew I could trust a fellow New Yorker to get the perfect bagel to cream cheese ratio so if you’re looking to support small businesses in the area I highly HIGHLY recommend Silva’s!

Such a Gem of a Local Coffee Shop! I stopped by this little coffee shop today and had the best experience. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. The coffee was amazing — rich, fresh, and full of flavor — and the food was just as delicious. It’s rare to find a place with great quality and such a genuine vibe. Support your local businesses… this one is definitely worth it!

For Saturday breakfast, I decided to try Silva's Coffee Grind, a coffee truck in Wesley Chapel known for its great coffee and breakfast options. From the menu, I ordered an iced latte and the Italy Stack, which includes two eggs with mozzarella and roasted bell peppers. My order was ready quickly, and I was on my way to enjoy breakfast. The iced latte was excellent, made with delicious, freshly roasted beans, and the Italy Stack was flavorful and satisfying. I loved both my coffee and breakfast, and the positive vibes from this food truck made the experience even better.

The absolute cutest coffee spot! Super friendly and the made the best pumpkin spice coffee for me and my husband got the vanilla iced latte! He said it was the best iced latte he’s had! We also got 2 croissant sandwiches and they were super fresh and absolutely delicious! We will be back every time we are in town from Chicago! C

My wife and I travel to the Tampa area quite often and this is our first stop no matter what! The iced coffees, hot coffees, and bagel sandwiches are absolutely amazing! They offer TRUE New York style bagels! We decided to try out their “Cater Services” for a bulk order of bagels for the morning of a wedding for the bridal party. The owners were in constant contact with us asking about color coordinating, platter design and of course which flavors we wanted. They also provide tasty cream cheese and butter. Plates, napkins, and plastic knifes were provided. Picking up the order from the owners was a very smooth process. I HIGHLY recommend Silva’s and encourage everyone to give them a try!

Silva’s Coffee Grind is such a hidden gem in Wesley Chapel! The owner, Hiram, used to live in New York and followed his dream of Florida surfing and opening a coffee shop. He rented a small space at a nursery, brought in a trailer, and turned it into this cozy little spot that feels so unique. I had the pastrami sandwich and a black coffee—both were excellent. The food is fresh, the coffee is smooth, and the atmosphere is just perfect. Sitting outside under the umbrellas, sipping coffee, and being surrounded by plants from the nursery is such a relaxing and cool experience. What impressed me most was Hiram himself—his story is inspirational and you can feel his passion in what he’s created. Can’t wait to come back and try more. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great coffee, good food, and a local business with heart.

Fantastic first experience at Silvia’s. The sandwiches are worth every penny. The home made peso sauce was so delicious. We ordered the Mozzarella Caprese sandwich and the Turkey Pesto BLT for lunch and for coffee we both got Cold Brews! We will definitely be back!
